About this place
A 4 km stretch of fine white sand about 6 km south of Malvan, with unusually clear water that makes it the state's leading scuba diving and snorkelling destination. MTDC beach resort, backwater houseboats on the Karli river, dolphin trips and a full range of water sports operate here. Malvani seafood is the local draw.
